How to redeem your voucher code:

1.     Simply enter the code into the promotional code box on the basket page.

2.     Click update.

3.     Proceed to checkout.

*Please note that the lookfantastic Group reserves the right to remove voucher offers if they are subject to misuse. Voucher codes have a minimum spend of at least £10.

Types of offer:

For full terms and conditions please refer to the relevant offer your voucher code applies to.

1. Free Shipping

a.     Voucher codes cannot be applied on the checkout page and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.

b.     For offer validity, refer to the dates specified on the unique voucher's terms and conditions.

c.     Free shipping is applicable to UK orders unless specified otherwise.

d.     Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

e.     Where the voucher code states ‘only one redemption per customer number’, signifies the code can be redeemed once per person for the duration of the promotion.

f.      Where the voucher code states ‘only one redemption per customer per order’, signifies no limit to the number of times each code can be redeemed per person for the duration of the promotion.

g.     You must be registered and logged into www.lookfantastic.com or www.lookmantastic.com to receive your discount.

2. Money Off

a.     In order for your 'money off' voucher to be added to your order, you must have products totaling the minimum spend (or more) in your basket – as illustrated in the 'Total Product Value' column on the basket page.

b.     For offer validity, refer to the dates specified on the unique voucher's terms and conditions.

c.     Voucher codes cannot be applied on the checkout page and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.

d.     Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

e.     Unless otherwise stated, voucher codes are limited to one use per customer.

3. Percentage Off

a.     The percentage discount applies to ‘Our price’. Where there is no ‘Our price’, the percentage discount will be applied to the original price displayed next to the product.

c.     Voucher codes cannot be applied on the checkout page and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.

d.     Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

4. Corporate discounts

If you experience any problems with your order, please contact our customer service team on 0844 249 5022before finalising your order. We are unable to apply the voucher to your order once it has been processed.
