Finding a product you wish to purchase is quick and easy. You can do this by either of the following ways:

By Category - Use the top navigation bar if you know what product area you are looking for (e.g. hair products) but you are not sure of the exact product or brand, or if you just fancy trying something new.

Shop by category allows you to shop within one category area at a time e.g. Hair, Face, Body, Cosmetic, Electrical, etc. (You will find these categories listed on the horizontal navigation bar at the top of the screen, below our Lookfantastic.com  logo).

Let's imagine that you want a deep conditioning treatment to control and nourish your unruly, frizzy hair, but you are not sure of the exact one, or you want to try something new, then you simply need to follow these steps:

Step 1 - Click your mouse on the Hair category

Step 2 - A horizontal drop-down menu will appear with all the sub categories within Hair, you will now select Treatments, by clicking on the word when it is underlined.

Step 3 - This will bring up a selection of hair types that you might need a treatment for, so at this stage you would choose the one most applicable to you, in this case: Frizzy. Choose this either by clicking on the image or on the title FRIZZY.

Step 4 - You will then be presented with a number of treatments for Frizzy hair. Each item will have an image, a title and a short description about the item. Should you wish to know more, simply click on the button labeled: and you will be taken to the full description of the product.

Step 5 - If at any stage you wish to BUY any of these products simply click on the add button at the end of either the short or long description: . This will add the item in the quantity you specified (in the box next to the add button) to your Shopping Basket. NB. You can always amend this amount at a later time.

Follow with the 4 simple review & payment stages.

By Search - If you know the item you are looking for, then you can type the brand and product title/key words into the Search box.

Let's imagine you are looking for Redken's best selling Extreme Anti-Snap Leave In Treatment:

Step 1 - Click on the white box within the Search box:

Proceed to type in the necessary search words e.g. Redken Extreme Anti-Snap Treatment.

Note: If you know the brand you want, type that in first (e.g. Redken), followed by the sub-brand (Extreme) and if you know it, the full product name or key words in this case: "Anti-Snap" and "Treatment".

This will give you all the related results listed in % match order. e.g. Results with the closest to 100% match will be displayed first and then less precise matches lower down the list, and so on.

Step 2 - Provided the item you are looking for is within this search then simply either click on the add button at the end of either the short description: , or should you wish to know more about the item, simply click on the MORE button and you will be taken to the full description of the product, where you can again click on the ADD button.

This will add the item in the quantity you specified (in the box next to the add button) to your Shopping Basket. NB. You can always amend this amount at a later time.

By Brand - If you have a favourite brand that works well on your hair or skin, or if you've been recommended a specific brand to try, you can select this using our Shop by Brand drop down menu.

Let's imagine a friend has told you about Dermalogica's popular skin care range, and you want to try some of the products for yourself.

Step 1 - Locate the Shop by Brand box at the top left hand side of the page below our logo.

Then click on the downward arrow, which will reveal a list of all the brands we stock. Simply select the brand you are after and this will take you through to the brand page, with all the products that brand sells broken down into categories.

Step 2 - At this stage if you are not sure what you are looking for you can read through the category descriptions or simply click on the one you are after such as Cleansers.

Step 3 - You will then be presented with a number of different Dermalogica Cleansers. Each item will have an image, a title and a short description about the item. Should you wish to know more, simply click on the button labeled: and you will be taken to the full description of the product.

Step 4 - If at any stage you wish to BUY any of these products simply click on the add button at the end of either the short or long description. This will add the item in the quantity you specified (in the box next to the add button) to your Shopping Basket. NB. You can always amend this at a later time.

Step 1 - If you want to see more of our current offers (and free gifts with purchase) than we have listed on our homepage, simply click on the offers category on the top horizontal navigation bar.

Step 2 - This will take you through to a page listing all of our current great offers onsite. You can scroll down this page using the page up and down arrows on the right hand side of your screen. You can also look through the following pages to find the offers that interest you.

Once you have found an offer you wish to take advantage of, you simply need to read the offer conditions (e.g. Get a jewellery box free when you buy 2 Kerastase products) and then make sure you put the qualifying products into your basket.

Step 3 - Add the qualifying items into your shopping basket by clicking on the 'add' button . This will add the item in to your Shopping Basket (remember to state how many you require in the quantity box). NB. You can always amend this at a later time (at basket stage). The free gift / offer will then automatically appear in your basket once you have added all the offer items.
