How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email letting you know it’s on the way. Please can we ask that you allow 14 days for an order being delivered within the UK, 21 days for an order being delivered within Europe and 30 days for the rest of the world, before contacting us to advise that you not have received your item.
*Please note- Turkey and Russia are classed within the 30 days timescale.
