We offer the following delivery options:

Delivery addresses within the UK

Saver UK Delivery

Please allow 2-5 Days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)

• Small items will be posted through your letterbox and will not require a signature
• Larger items will require a signature. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
• Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a Bank Holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Express Delivery

Express delivery service:

• If you place your order by 4pm Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the next working day (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)
• Any orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered two working days after the order has been placed
• An email will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. This way you will be able to track your order through to delivery.
• Delivery times are between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know if this has been done.
• If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Please note that Express Delivery is 2-3 days for Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and N. Ireland (excl. BT1-BT9)

 Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery service:

• You will need to place your order by 4pm on Friday to receive your order on Saturday
• An email will be sent to you once your order reaches our carrier partner. This way you will be able to track your order through to delivery.
• Delivery times are between 8am and 4pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know if this has been done.
• If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.Our Saturday Delivery is only available in England and Wales and in Belfast postcode areas BT1 – BT9.

 International Deliveries

Saver International

Your order will be dispatched via our international carrier partner.  Any customs/import duties will be charged once the parcel has reached its delivery destination.  These charges will vary from country to country and we have no control over the amount.  Please contact your local customs offices for further information. 

As soon as your parcel arrives in the delivery country, it will be passed to a local delivery carrier.  If the local delivery carrier is unable to successfully deliver your parcel a calling card will be left with instructions on how to pick it up.

UK- 14 days

Europe- 21 days

Rest of World- 30 days
